Cancellation policy
The standard cancellation policy of the establishment is flexible up to 7 days prior to arrival, after this time if the client cancels or does not show up he will be charged 100% of the total stay. Except for rates with non-refundable cancellation policy, which will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking

Terms and conditions
Our standard cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival, if at that time the customer wants to cancel or no-show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total reservation, except in those rates that have different conditions already specified in the rate.
We count on the cooperation of our guests to respect and preserve the complex and its flats, for this, please note that upon departure, our team will check the flat and in case of damage, great dirt or theft of objects will be notified and charged for the corresponding amount.
Smoking is forbidden in all our flats, only in the enabled areas such as the terraces.

Please note that we do not have 24 hour reception, you can check the opening hours at the door of the office and at the time of check in we will inform you in good time of the instructions for entering the complex and your flat
